Singapore Airlines dethroned Qatar Airways at the World Airlines Awards. The Southeast Asian airline has won this year’s best airline, as well as the best First Class in the world, the best seat of Première and the best company in Asia.
Qatar Airways leads Japan’s ANA (3rd) and Emirates Airlines (4th). In all, seven Asian airlines are in the top 10, Lufthansa being the only European carrier to appear.
Air France (25th) lost seven places from last year, while the first North American airline, Air Canada, came in only 30th.
